Chill Storage - Denton breaks ground June 1

The big day is inching closer – Barber Partners Industrial will break ground on Chill Storage - Denton, a new multi-tenant speculative cold storage project in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area starting June 1, 2022.

This project features a ±302,400 SF facility including 2 ± 2,860 square-feet of office and fully convertible temperature-controlled suites. Site work has commenced and construction will begin June 1 with forecasted delivery by December 2023.
