CBRE to lead leasing effort for new Chill Storage locations

CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services is leading the leasing effort for Chill. The CBRE Food Facilities Group is a unique, first-of-its-kind real estate practice exclusively serving the needs of cold storage, food processing and food distribution users and owners across the United States.

Leading the team is David Sours, Senior Vice President, who brings a deep knowledge base of the intricate requirements unique to food companies. David and his partners Kevin Kelly and Lucy Durbin have worked with some of the largest companies across the food industry as well as smaller companies globally.
